How the request → approval flow works

Every piece of client work flows through one spine: the request.

1. A request comes in

Clients submit through the portal, or email lands in your inbox — both become a request in one place.

2. Staff triage

You turn a request into a task or a change request, or close it. Nothing gets lost and nothing is duplicated.

3. Work happens

Tasks move across the board; files and proofing attach to the work.

4. Client approval

When a deliverable is ready, the client reviews it in their portal and approves or requests changes — with a durable, versioned record of the decision.

This single flow is why requests, proofing, approvals and invoicing feel like one product rather than four tools.
