ManagelloMost self-hosted tools feel dated, fragile or difficult to maintain. Managello is different: it is designed as a modern Docker-based product with a guided setup, health checks, safe updates, backups and rollback.
With normal SaaS, your projects, client conversations, files, approvals and invoices live inside someone else's platform. With Managello, they live inside your installation.
Even your backups stay yours. Managello can send encrypted off-server backups to an S3 bucket or SFTP server you own, so your off-site copy sits in storage you control — not a vendor's cloud. It's off by default until you point it somewhere.
Integrations are the honest exception, and every one is yours to choose. Data leaves your server only when you switch one on:

Managello licensing checks only license validity. It does not need to read your client data.
Client portals, shared files, team access, magic links, reports, approvals, invoices and emails carry your agency brand. Clients never see Managello branding on any plan.

Managello helps with privacy operations and auditability, but compliance is still a business responsibility. Your hosting choices, policies, client contracts and internal process still matter.
