Review spam and quarantined requests

Because you can accept requests by email and through the public portal, some spam is inevitable. Managello scores incoming requests and holds likely-spam ones in quarantine so they never clutter your main board — but nothing is ever deleted, so you stay in control.

Where quarantined requests go

Quarantined requests are kept off the default requests board and grouped under a separate Quarantined view. Your triage queue stays clean; the flagged items wait quietly for a look.

Releasing a false positive

If something legitimate got caught, open the Quarantined view and release it. It rejoins your normal triage queue and you handle it like any other request. Releasing is safe to repeat — releasing an already-released request simply does nothing.

Good practice

Skim the Quarantined view every so often. Genuine client requests occasionally trip the filter, and releasing them promptly keeps clients from feeling ignored.
