One domain, /portal
Your whole install — staff app and client portal — runs on the single domain you set at install time (e.g. portal.youragency.com). Clients reach their portal at yourdomain/portal and sign in with a single-use magic link — there's no separate portal hostname to configure, and no password for them to manage. The portal is fully branded as your agency; Managello's name never appears on it.
SSL and DNS
You point the domain's A record at your server and Managello handles the certificate — no manual SSL steps.
Email from-address
Set who client emails come from in Settings → Branding. Use your agency name or a team mailbox — never the word "Managello."
