If your logo looks cut off, fuzzy, or badly positioned on client surfaces, it's almost always the source image or the crop — both easy to fix in Settings → Branding.
Two images, two jobs
- Logo (wordmark) — your wide horizontal logo. Used in the portal header, emails and PDFs.
- Icon (square mark) — a square version. Used for the favicon and small avatars.
Uploading a wide wordmark where a square icon belongs (or vice-versa) is the usual cause of "it looks cropped." Give each field the right shape.
Use the built-in cropper
When you upload, Managello lets you crop and frame the image before saving. If the logo looks off-center, re-upload and adjust the crop so the mark sits how you want — you can redo this any time.
For a crisp result
- Upload a transparent PNG or an SVG so it sits cleanly on any background — a white-box JPG will show its background.
- Start from a high-resolution source. Scaling a tiny logo up is what makes it look blurry; the cropper can't add detail that isn't there.
- Check contrast: a very light logo can disappear on a light header. The branding screen flags low-contrast combinations.
Changes apply across every client-facing surface immediately after you save.
