Access in Managello is decided by relationships, not by a flag you can get wrong.
Clients
A client contact only ever sees their own client's data — their projects, files, approvals, invoices and reports. They never see internal comments or files, and never another client's data.
Staff
Staff members are full-visibility by default. Admin-only surfaces (team, security, billing) are gated to admins and managers.
Internal vs client-visible
Every comment and file is either internal or client-visible. Internal items never reach a client — this is enforced at the query layer, so it can't leak by accident.
