Invite your first client with a magic link

Clients access their portal with a magic link — no password to create or remember.

Steps

1. Open a client and go to Contacts.
2. Add a contact with their name and email.
3. Managello provisions their portal identity and hands you a fresh sign-in link.
4. Copy the link to test the portal yourself, or have it emailed to the client.

Good to know

• Magic links are single-use and expire, so they're safe to send by email.
• You can revoke a contact's live links at any time if one is forwarded or leaked.
• Client and staff users are unlimited — inviting clients never changes your price.
