Your subscription and add-ons are managed in the Account portal — not inside Managello itself.
Accessing your account
Go to https://managello.com/account (or ask support for the link) and log in with your email.
What you can do
- View your plan and next billing date
- Add add-ons — Managed backup (monitored off-box backups), badge removal, the AI Pack, and migration assistance
- Download invoices for your own accounting
- Change your payment method
- Cancel (your self-hosted install keeps running and you keep all your data — you just stop receiving updates)
Upgrading or downgrading
Changes take effect on your next renewal date. You're never charged mid-cycle.
First-time setup
After you purchase, you'll get a setup link to run the installer. Open it and follow the wizard — you'll be up in under an hour.
